The top price of 4000gns was for Reserve Champion Rigel Lancia Poll, a Rigel Tybalt son going back to Sagitaire and Casimir. Lancia was consigned by Terence & Jane Pye, Rigel Pedigree, Yarm and was purchased by Mr D Swanson, Thurso for breeding replacement heifers. The Champion, Rednock Leontes, a Rigel Verdun Poll son going back to Amazonien, sold for 2800gns to Mr R Littlejohn, Torphins. Leontes was consigned by Malcolm & Gill Pye, Redncok House, Port of Menteith.
